Front Idler & Idler

Enhance track alignment and stability using premium front idlers, also known as idlers. Crafted for heavy-duty applications, these idlers ensure consistent performance and durability.

There Are Two Main Types Of Idlers Used In Excavators:

Front Idler: The front idler is located at the front of the undercarriage and supports the upper track run. It is typically larger and more robust than the rear idler and is designed to withstand the higher loads and forces exerted during digging and movement.

Rear Idler: The rear idler is located at the rear of the undercarriage and supports the lower track run. It is typically smaller and less robust than the front idler and is designed to provide a smooth surface for the tracks to roll on.
